I’m so glad I tried out Dietitians for You. Prior to the program I was your typical mom of 2, who was so busy that I didn’t have a lot of time to cook and next to zero time to workout. I used the excuse: “I don’t have time to work out.” and I was quickly taught that it wasn’t that I didn’t have time to workout, it was that “being healthy” wasn’t a priority to me. I want to be heathy and active not only for myself, but for my family. I want to set good examples for my children. After my 2 week program I found that it’s easy to fit in quick workouts or to make some simple changes to still be active everyday. 

 

I was not just given guidelines for the program, I was given excellent healthy changes to make in my daily life. For me, the accountability coaching was the most important. I watched and questioned everything I ate- knowing that I would be sharing it all my coach. It was tough at first, but after 2 weeks I quickly formed healthy eating habits that continue to stay with me today! 

Brooke taught me ways to still eat what I like, but to make those things healthier. I’m so thankful for this program and these knowledgeable coaches! 

 

Dietitians for You taught me how to plan ahead for meals, gave me great recipe ideas and held me accountable- teaching me lifelong habits that I can share with my family.❤️

"It’s Your Time’s Jump Start program was awesome! I thought I ate pretty healthily going into the program but wasn’t losing weight the way I had hoped to. I was looking for a professional to help me make the tweaks I needed to start seeing results and I’d say I found what I was looking for—I’m down 6lbs in 2 weeks! Not only did the tweaks help me during the 2 weeks but I’ve now learned what really works for me and will help me moving forward. I’ve always been one that thought “low carb” was my key to success when losing weight but the program proved to me I can still eat all the food groups, not have to overhaul my diet, can still go out to eat with friends, and I won’t be hungry an hour after a meal! Whenever I had an opportunity to cheat it was helpful to think “Rachel would be so disappointed in me” which really does make a mental difference when making choices. I think the biggest change was the working out and like the program is called, it was just the “jump start” I needed to remind myself how good I feel when I exercise! Being a working mom, realizing that I CAN make time to work out 6 days a week was also important— and I discovered a new exercise that I love and fits well into my day in the process! I’m 3 days out of the program and I’m still making good choices because it’s set me up with good habits that are truly a “lifestyle” change vs a 2 week diet and then go back to my old ways. When I have a plan, I’m good at following it so knowing that if I ever get off track, I can recenter on this and know I’m giving my body what it needs to feel my best!"

“Well, I already ruined today….I’ll just start tomorrow” I would say to myself day after day and week after week. That chocolate craving was always stronger than my will power. While in college, I was always able to maintain a healthy diet and workout routine. However, that changed after graduating and working a full time job. I would start my diet off strong, but I never seemed to be able to get past day 3 or 4 of healthy eating. After completing the 2 week kick start program with Dietitian’s for You I can finally say I made it past day 4 of healthy eating…and it feels good! Brooke and Rachel were with me every step of the way motivating me and guiding me on the journey. I am very satisfied with the program and with my 5 pound weight loss. I am excited to turn these new habits into a lifestyle and see the continued results."

This program came at the right time in my life.  I had been on a downward spiraling path with my diet for years.  I became super addicted to sugar. I also was recently advised from a doctor that junk food is very inflammatory and hurting my health.  I was sceptic when people claimed they felt better from diet or exercise programs because I could never tell a difference personally. Well, by following the program from Rachel And Brooke, I have not had cravings for diet soda, chips, and sweets.  I think that is because I am eating plenty of the kinds of carbs. I actually do feel mentally clearer and have more energy. My 5 lb weight loss in 2 weeks at 54 years old is wonderful, but the real prize is the love I am showing my body by giving it good food and increasing my movement.  My picture represents the 5 pounds I no longer have to carry around I look forward to maintaining this lifestyle.

I kid you not, I lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks by eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day! I am NOT a professional dieter like my mom. I’ve been an athlete my entire life and I’ve never had to worry about my diet. I was in good shape just because I worked out so often. Well, my first year in the real work came with some lbs.. I had excuses like “I’m busy with work” or “I’m too tired”. Little did I know, the two go hand-in-hand. I’ve been eating three balanced meals every day, and I have more energy than ever. Brooke and Rachel have kept me on track the last two weeks. I haven’t stray because I was full. No late night indulgences, no cheat meals or snacks, I was completely satisfied with what I was eating, and I think that’s why this program is so successful. It was an incredible learning experience and it goes beyond the two weeks- I’ve acquired these tools that will benefit me for the rest of my life! Cheers to the two-week jumpstart... time to start the maintenance program!

I decided to give “Dietitians For You” a try after months of diet plans, pills, powders, detox plans, always starving, with little exercise. I wanted results right away with no gimmicks! Well I got that with Dietitians For You! I was very skeptical, even when they sent me the paperwork of my meal plan. I talked to Brooke with questions and I signed up for the 4 week program.
The first day and the first week I was a little skeptical why I was doing this 4 week program, but Brooke was with me every single day by text. She encouraged me every step of the way. I never knew I liked to exercise. No fast food was killing me at first, but by week 3 it never bothered me again. In the first week I was down 9 pounds and every week after that 2 or 3 more pounds. I was so happy. This is not a diet, it’s everyday meals with carbs, protein, fruit, veggies, and fat, portioned out correctly. If I can do it, anyone can do it. Now I have the knowledge to exercise and to eat healthy in a way that works for me. Im accountable now!

“Let me start by saying- I am so grateful for this program! I had been following the Dietitians for You social media pages since they launched. I loved seeing the positive posts they would share daily. The one that hooked me and made reach out was eating well on the weekends. (This is where I struggle the most with making poor decisions.) The post said that if you eat poorly F-Su that’s 3 days multiplied by 4 weeks which equals 12 days which is basically HALF of the month. That was my “aha moment”. I wanted and needed someone to hold me accountable especially over the weekends. That’s where Brooke came in and the rest is history! Brooke was so great to work with! She encouraged me daily, showed me tough love when I needed it, and helped me tremendously in my weak moments! I cannot say thank you enough to her and this program for reshaping my thoughts about food. I didn’t cut anything out, I actually felt like I ate more than what I was used to. I stuck to the portions and ADDED more carbs to my diet. Yep, added!! I will say the biggest change I made is eating breakfast daily. Brooke helped me come up with multiple ideas so I could switch it up! I could gush about this program for a long time. I highly recommend if you need someone in your corner who will keep encouraging you to reach out to Dietitians for You! I’m so happy with my decision and I can’t wait to keep up the new habits I’ve made!”
